A consultation for a mixed use scheme on the site has now begun. During this consultation, this website will be updated with all the available information, including dates and times of public exhibitions and images of the proposed development.

Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) has been selected as preferred developer by Waltham Forest Council, and formed a partnership with Hill Residential to develop the site, with Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects (PTEa) appointed to design the scheme.

M&N Communications has been appointed as community relations consultants for the Arcade Site and is currently carrying out a public consultation programme.
